【国際交流センター】春休みにインターンシップを行いました！

昭和女子大学の協定校からセメスター留学で Academic/Intensive Japanese Language Program に参加している留学生を対象に、毎学期授業修了後に日本の社会を体験できるオプショナルインターンシッププログラムを提供しています。今回は3つの企業・団体様のご協力のもと、留学生に就業体験の機会をいただきました。

（1）東武鉄道株式会社

浅草駅でツアーデスクの体験をしたり、日光への一泊二日研修を通じて観光業について学びました。日光市郷土センターの方との意見交換会は良い刺激になり、1学期間授業で学んだビジネス日本語や敬語を実践するとても良い機会となりました。

（2）株式会社インテージ

企業のマーケティング戦略とマーケティングリサーチについて学びました。イタリアとベトナムの留学生が参加し、日本と自国とのマーケティング手法の違いについて学ぶことができ、大変有意義な経験となりました。

• 日本とイタリアのマーケティング戦略について話して、マーケティング手法の違いが分かりました。色々な見方からマーケティングを観察できました。大切にしたい経験でした。

（3）独立行政法人 国際協力機構　東京センター（JICA東京）

国際協力を担う団体としての事業内容説明、JICA主催の諸外国からの来訪者向け研修プログラムへの参加やグループワークを行い、国際協力への理解を深めることができました。異文化を尊重する風土を肌で感じ、海外への支援事業の実例を学ぶことで、国際交流・海外事業への関心がより高まりました。

• JICA東京で行われている活動はとても意義があると感じまして、私も将来このようにやりがいを感じられる仕事に携わりたいと思いました。これから就職活動を始めるのですが、日本の会社について体験をすることもでき、自分が重視している価値観についても改めて発見することができたので就職活動にも大変役に立つと思います。
• When I toured the facility, I was impressed by how the facilities were adjusted and the cafeteria menu was prepared for participants from various backgrounds, especially those with disabilities and Muslims. Also, when observing lectures and presentations, participants will be able to actually experience the field, reflect on what they have learned through day-to-day feedback sessions, and enjoy Japan’s culture and sightseeing in the process. Through this experience, I came to think that, in order to promote international cooperation, we should first be conscious of the fact that people from various countries will participate, and be prepared to correspond so that they can participate without worries. In the near future, while aiming for a job related to international cooperation, I would like to research information about other countries and interact with many people as possible. I would like to make use of what I learned this time, and when I engage in international cooperation in Cambodia, I am going to practice being considerate and providing the best hospitality.
