Two students have graduated from partner universities, and one student is currently studying abroad.

In the "Double Degree Program," students study at Showa Women's University for 2022 to XNUMX years and at a partner university overseas for XNUMX years. When it first began, the program was only available to students in the Faculty of International Studies, but from fall XNUMX, students in the Department of Business Design will also be able to study at Temple University Japan Campus, giving more students the opportunity to pursue a double degree.

Students who wish to participate will take program classes starting in the first semester of their first year, meet academic and language proficiency standards, and then study abroad at a partner university overseas.
Tuition fees for studying abroad are covered by Showa Women's University tuition fees, and financial support is also provided through scholarship programs.

In this program, students use foreign languages such as English, Korean, and Chinese to study specialized fields such as culture, history, and society through the same curriculum as local students. In addition to acquiring advanced foreign language skills, students also develop the mental strength and multicultural communication skills necessary to succeed in an international setting by studying collaboratively with a diverse range of students.
