Employment situation in 2023
The 2023 graduates will be job hunting in a favorable environment for students, with a labor shortage overall and companies showing a positive attitude towards hiring. 13% of our students are general or semi-general employees, while only 9% are general employees, making our students' general career orientation clearer. In addition, SEs (system engineers) accounted for 13%, other "technical jobs" including architectural drafting and food-related jobs accounted for 15%, and certified professionals accounted for 400%, showing a growing tendency to find employment in specialized fields. Comments from Professor Jun Ito, Director of Career Support
Our graduates have been highly evaluated by companies that have employed them in areas such as "they are able to carry out their work responsibly until the end" and "they are able to cooperate within an organization or team." Together with our stakeholders, we will continue to produce women who can take leadership roles in their own lives, continue to grow in response to changes in the times, have a global perspective, and contribute to society by having the ability to identify problems, take action, and have flexible sensibilities.University Communications Online 2024 Actual Employment Rate Rankingshttps://univ-online.com/article/career/27804/
