In recent years, teaching methods have changed dramatically, and there is a need for educators who can act as facilitators who are close to children's ideas and learn together with them.It is also important for teachers to time their intervention rather than leaving learning to the children.What is needed is specialized knowledge.For example, in science education classes, students are working on things like recalling the science knowledge they have previously learned and dispelling their feelings of weakness.Because coming into contact with plants in nature leads to science experiences, students sometimes deepen their learning by coming into contact with nature outside of the classroom.

One of the qualities of a childcare worker is a high level of empathy for children.For example, when a child is crying, we want to know why they are crying.At times like these, childcare workers are required to have the ability to reconsider the world and situation from the child's perspective, both physically and emotionally.In class, we support students to improve their ability to see situations from the child's perspective (empathy for children).We also hope that you will develop the ability to empathize with children's intellectual curiosity and enjoy learning together with them.This will lead to the growth of childcare workers as learning experts.We strive to provide classes that further enrich the intellectual curiosity of our students by making use of the resources of the region where the university is located.

We want our students to become childcare workers who can see into the hearts of children.This is why we carefully learn observation and recording techniques to consider the reasons for children's actions and words, and record what we notice.It is also important to aim to improve the quality of childcare from a research perspective.In the seminar, students deepen their awareness of issues by actually going to childcare sites and looking at childcare in other countries, and pursue ``what is best for children.''I want them to acquire the ability to look at things analytically and the ability to create childcare with new ideas without being bound by existing methods.
