Qualification related certificates
You can apply for qualification-related certificates using the certificate pre-application form posted on the page below, and after receiving the pre-application number, you can apply. It will take two business days for the university to notify you of your pre-application number in order to confirm your credit status. Depending on the year of graduation, it may take more than two business days.Please be aware that the contents of this document may change in the future if laws regarding qualifications are amended.
From the perspective of protecting personal information, applications cannot be made by e-mail, telephone, or fax.Please apply using the method below.
The certificate will be issued with the name you used when you were enrolled. We are unable to answer the exact number of days required for mailing, as it depends on postal circumstances. Please apply with plenty of time to spare.
