Qualification related certificates
You can apply for a certificate related to your qualifications by applying through the pre-application form for certificates related to your qualifications posted on the following page, and then receiving the "pre-application code." In order for the university to check your credit acquisition status, it will take two business days for the "pre-application code" to be notified. Depending on the year of graduation, it may take more than two business days.Please be aware that the contents of this document may change in the future if laws regarding qualifications are amended.
From the perspective of protecting personal information, applications cannot be made by e-mail, telephone, or fax.
The certificate will be issued under the name you used when you were enrolled. We are unable to answer questions regarding the number of days it will take to deliver the certificate, as this depends on postal conditions. Please apply with plenty of time to spare.

- As stated on the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare website, "Qualification to be a social welfare officer" can be certified by a "transcript of the academic year" and a "graduation certificate." If you would like to receive certification, please apply for a "transcript of the academic year" and a "graduation certificate."
- You can check on the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's website to see if the subjects you have taken fall under the subjects designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
