You can request a refund of the examination fee if any of the following reasons apply.

XNUMX.The application details match completely and you are making a double payment.
XNUMX.I sent the application documents, but they were not accepted.
XNUMX.I completed the online application procedure, but did not apply.

5. If you apply for both the A and B schedule exams, pass the A schedule exam and enroll in our university (only if you are absent on the day of the B schedule exam)

Procedure for refund of examination fee

Eligible applicants will be notified by email to the address registered on the Internet application site.
The "Examination Fee Refund" button will be displayed on your My Page, so please follow the instructions to complete the refund procedure.


■In case of return reason XNUMX 
 

• Please contact our university's Admissions Center by noon on the day of the exam (on the day of the exam: 03-3411-5116 / up until the day before: 03-3411-5154).
• Please mail the application form and medical certificate (which includes the name of the disease and the healing period including the day of the test) by the deadline below.
