Response to infectious diseases, etc.

If you have contracted an infectious or epidemic disease for which you are required to suspend attendance under the School Health and Safety Act and have not recovered, you will not be allowed to take the exam, as there is a risk of infecting other examinees. If you wish, you may transfer* to a later entrance exam or receive a refund of your examination fee.
*However, for undergraduate entrance exams in March, international student entrance exams, and graduate entrance exams in February and March, only examination fee refunds will be available.

Precautions for taking the exam


Regarding the admission of an attendant to the test venue
In principle, you cannot enter the campus.If there are any unavoidable circumstances, please be sure to contact the Admission Center at least one week before the test.

About lunch
If you bring your own lunch, please take it at the location specified by the test proctor.Please take your trash home with you.
Facilities that serve or sell food on campus, such as cafeterias and shops, will not be open on test days.
It is possible to have lunch off-campus, but if you are late for the afternoon exam as a result, you will not be allowed an extension of your exam time.

Implementation of ventilation
In accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, ventilation may be implemented on the day of the test.
Windows may be open during exam times, so please come wearing clothes that are adjustable and that won't get cold.
