Admission Refusal/Refund of Tuition Fees

If you decide to withdraw from enrollment after paying your enrollment fee in full, you will receive a refund of your tuition fees other than the enrollment fee if you follow the prescribed procedures.
For eligible applicants, a "Decline Admission" button will be displayed on the My Page of the Internet application site.
If you are applying for a refund of tuition fees, please read the information posted on My Page carefully and register your refusal of admission.
Entrance exams eligible for tuition refund:
Comprehensive selection (excluding specialized application departments), open recommendation entrance examination, Mitsuha Alumni Association recommendation entrance examination,
General entrance examination for international students,
A schedule exam, B schedule exam, March exam, Common Test Utilization Type I, Common Test Utilization Type II

Registration deadline for declining admission

2025 years 3 month 31 date (month)

Tuition refund period

The amount will be transferred to your designated account approximately one month after you register to decline admission.
