If you are coming to Japan from overseas and are considering taking the entrance exam, please be sure to check whether you can enter and stay in Japan before applying. Please check the websites of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or the Japanese embassy or consulate general (overseas diplomatic mission) that has jurisdiction over your area.
Among those living overseas,If you are unable to enter Japan due to travel restrictions, or if you are in the waiting period after entering Japan due to enhanced quarantine measures, you will not be able to take the test. In addition, if you are unable to take the entrance exam for the above reasons, you will be treated as absent.The entrance examination fee cannot be refunded.There will also be no make-up exams.

Entrance exam using Japan University Academic Proficiency Examination (JPUE)

This is an entrance exam that uses the Japan University Academic Aptitude Test (JPUE) to recruit first-year students.

Enrollment Fee Exemption System for Privately Financed International Students

All international students enrolled in regular courses at our university are exempted from the admission fee.
Please see below for details and conditions.
Regardless of whether or not you use the admission fee exemption system, it is mandatory to submit the ``Admission Fee Exemption Application Form'' (specified format) when applying for the entrance exam.Please be careful not to forget to submit the documents.

1. Content

Enrollment fees are exempted for privately-financed international students enrolled in regular undergraduate and graduate courses at our university.

2. Conditions

This system applies to privately financed international students who meet all of the following conditions.
(1) Those who are going through admission procedures for a regular course at the university
(2) Those whose status of residence is expected to be changed to "Student" or "Student"  

3. Exemption amount

Enrollment fee will be waived.If part of the admission fee is reduced for some reason, the entire admission fee after the reduction will be exempted.

4. Application procedure

When applying for the entrance exam, please submit the "Application for Entrance Fee Exemption" (specified format) along with the application documents.If you do not wish to apply, please check the appropriate box on the application form and submit it.
