Open campus (advance registration required)

For the open campus visit, you only need to apply to visit. You can participate without applying for any of the department's programs.

There is no need to apply for accompanying persons. When you apply for yourself, you will be asked for the number of accompanying persons, so please select the number of people you will be accompanying.

Only parents/guardians may participate. When applying, please select "Parents only" and enter your child's information.

Yes, you can. When you apply, you will be asked to enter the name of your high school, so please check "If there is no applicable high school name, please check this box" and enter the name of your junior high school.

You can cancel at any time from your My Page.

The entrance exam information video can be viewed outside the open campus venue. It can also be viewed at home (※), so please decide how to watch it based on the program you are participating in. The benefits of watching the entrance exam information video at the open campus venue include being able to watch it with your family at the same time, and being able to ask any questions you may have at the entrance exam consultation (Student Hall, 1st floor, Building 8).
*The URL for viewing at home will be sent to the email address you registered five days before the open campus.

Unlike the in-person type, not all programs will be held in the online type. Please check whether the program you want is available online. We recommend the online type for those who live far away or can only attend part of the time due to commitments.

Please register in advance at "Pre-Entry (Online Participants)". On the day of the event, please connect to Zoom using the certificate displayed on your My Page.

Please enter through the main gate (search "Showa Women's University main gate" (search for "Participation Card") Upon entering the campus, please proceed to the Green Hall (reception) and present your "Participation Card" to a staff member. You can display your participation card from your My Page.

On the day of the event, a leaflet containing the program will be handed out at the main gate, so please make use of it. In addition to the program, the leaflet will also contain a "rest area map" and a "toilet map," etc.

For the June to August sessions, they will be distributed at the Green Hall (reception).
In March, we will distribute the University Guidebook and Entrance Examination Guide, but please note that they are from the previous year and should be used for reference only (the latest version will be distributed at a later date).Requestplease)

There are men's restrooms available, but as this is an all-women's university, there are only a few in number. Please check the locations on the restroom map provided in the leaflet given to you at the main gate on the day of your visit.
